JoshTecs Solutions started with a simple observation: the talent was already here, but the tools, the mentorship and the capital were not. So we set about building the missing pieces ourselves.
Today we run three things side by side. A product studio that ships software for clients across East Africa, an academy that trains the engineers and designers who build it, and a community that keeps founders, investors and builders in the same room. Each one feeds the other two.
